Just for the record, Duke does NOT like fireworks. We came home from a party to find Duke like this while the rest of the island was celebrating. Seriously, he stayed in there until 3:30 in the morning when I went to the bathroom and MADE him get out!

oh that poor dog!!! Duke and loud noises do not get a long at all, what in the world will he do when there is a newborn in the house :)

Oh so sad! Jack is a little weird with loud noises too. Okay, she's just a little weird all around, bless her heart. :) And when Julia cries she is pretty funny. She just stands a safe distance away and looks at her in a very concerned way. It's very cute. I bet Duke will be the same way. He's so sweet.

Skyler is the same way. She wouldn't even go outside to go to the bathroom before bed that night she was so scared. She does the same thing with lightening.. we have to create a "safe" plce for her when it storms.. usually an area were she is between two things and has a covering.. like between the couch and wall or the foot of our bed and a ottoman type bench we have with our comforter over the top like a tent!
